Program pricing shown anywhere on this site, including the travel portal fee and the setup fee, is subject to change without notice. Prices shown are an invitation to discuss terms, not a binding offer. The price that applies to your organization is the one stated in your signed agreement or on your invoice. Nothing on this site locks a rate, and a page you reached from a cached or shared link may not reflect current pricing.

Programs quoted per member are priced against your member count at the time of the quote. A material change in your member count may change the rate.

What “below public rates” means on the travel portal

Where we say member rates are below public rates, the comparison is narrow and specific: it compares the rate available through a portal built for your organization against the rate the same booking platform offers to a member of the public who signs up directly, without access to an organization’s portal.

It is not a claim that the rate is the lowest available anywhere. We do not compare against other booking sites, travel agencies, or a property’s own direct rate. Rates vary by property, date, and availability, and not every property will show a lower rate on every date. Any figures shown in illustrations on this site are examples, not quotes.

Programs are provided by third parties

The benefit programs described on this site are provided, operated, and supported by third-party providers. Features, coverage, service limits, participating merchants, and availability are set by those providers and can change without notice to us or to you. Availability varies by state. Where a provider contracts with your organization directly, that agreement governs the program, not this site.

Which programs are insurance, and which are not

The distinction matters and we do not blur it.

• The travel portal, everyday discounts, the wellness app, roadside assistance, and identity and credit monitoring are membership benefit programs, not insurance. They do not indemnify you against loss and they are not a substitute for insurance of any kind.
• The affinity program is insurance. It is underwritten by the issuing carrier, is subject to underwriting, and is not available in all states. Rates, eligibility, and availability are determined by the carrier. Nothing on this site is an offer of coverage, a binder, or a guarantee of a specific rate or saving.

The wellness program is a general wellness offering. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, is not medical care, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician.

Self-serve purchase limits

The online checkout for the travel portal is offered to groups up to 10,000 members. Larger groups are quoted directly. We reserve the right to decline or refund an online purchase where the group falls outside that range or where the information supplied at checkout proves inaccurate.
