For trade associations
Answer the renewal question before it gets asked.
Every renewal notice invites the same quiet question: what did my dues actually buy me this year? Benefits are an answer you can give without raising dues or inventing a program from scratch — and one a member can use the week they join rather than at the annual conference.
Dues pressure is the whole problem
Raising dues costs you members. Holding them flat while the association's costs rise costs you programs. Sponsored benefits are the third option: added value at a group rate, bought once and used all year.
Most of the year is quiet
A member hears from many associations twice — at the conference and at renewal. A benefit they use in an ordinary week puts your name in front of them in between, which is when renewal is actually decided.
It reads as association value
A discount marketplace and a branded travel portal both belong on a renewal notice and in a recruitment pitch. They are concrete where "advocacy" and "networking" are not.
Where associations start
An everyday discount marketplace, under your name
Thousands of national and local offers across seven categories, covering everyday spending rather than occasional luxuries. Members reach it under your name, and it refreshes continuously without any work from your staff.
- Offers near each member's ZIP, not only in major metros
- Nothing for members to install — no app, no card to carry
- National brands alongside local businesses
Offers, merchants, and savings ranges are supplied by the marketplace provider and change over time. Availability of local offers varies by location. No specific saving is guaranteed.
The rest of the shelf
Four more you can add
Each one stands alone. Associations usually start with one, put it on the next renewal notice, and add from there.
Travel portal
Priced onlineYour own branded booking site, with rates below what the same platform shows the public.
Wellness app
Quoted by group sizeOne simple practice a day, built around the life the member actually leads.
Identity & credit monitoring

Affinity insurance
20,000+ membersA rate tier that exists only for your members, with a hotline they call directly.
Nobody uses a benefit they never heard of
We help you tell people it exists
The usual reason a benefit program fails is not the benefit. It is that the announcement went out once, from an address nobody reads. Sign-up includes the material to do it properly.
Announcement emails, written for you
A launch email and two follow-ups, in your organization's voice, ready to drop into whatever you already send from.
PDF brochures and one-pagers
A brochure per program, branded as yours, to attach, hand out at a branch counter, or forward to a board.
Web and social graphics
Banners sized for your own site, plus social images, so the program looks like part of your organization rather than a bolt-on.
A launch plan with timing
What to send, when, and to whom over the first six weeks — the period that decides whether members ever use the thing.
Reminders through the year
Fresh copy and graphics at the points members care — renewal season, open enrollment, holiday travel — so the program does not go quiet after week two.
Someone to ask
A real contact who will look at your draft announcement and tell you what will land, instead of a ticket queue.
What we need from you
- Your member count, and whether members are individuals or member companies
- Whether benefits are included in dues or offered as an opt-in add-on
- How you reach members today — newsletter, portal, chapter officers
- Whether chapters need their own branding, or one association-wide look
How it goes
A conversation, then a quote, then a launch
Programs are quoted on your member count. Most associations time the launch to a renewal cycle or an annual meeting so the announcement lands when members are already paying attention, and we build the schedule around that date rather than around our own. The travel portal is priced openly on our pricing page and can be bought online.
If your bylaws or board require a vote on new member programs, say so early. We would rather write to that calendar than discover it halfway through.
What are members asking for at renewal?
Tell us that and your member count, and we will say which programs are worth your time.
