How it works

Four steps, and most of them are ours.

The work that falls to you is a logo, a headcount, and an announcement. Most portals are live in about ten business days from the point we have those.

1

Choose your programs

One, several, or the whole set. Nothing is bundled against your will, and we will tell you which programs are not worth your time for a group your size rather than selling you all six.

  • No minimums on five of the six
  • Programs can be added later without restarting what is already running
2

Tell us your group size

Headcount is what drives the per-member rate on everything except the travel portal, which is a flat fee. For affinity insurance, size also determines whether a carrier filing is realistic at all.

  • Larger groups price lower per member
  • We will say plainly if you are below a threshold
3

We brand it and launch

Your logo, colors, and name go on the portal and on the member-facing material. For programs where a third-party provider is the right fit, we bring them in and help shape the deal rather than handing you a phone number.

  • You supply a logo and a name
  • We supply the launch copy and imagery
4

Members start using it

You announce it once, using the emails, brochures, and graphics we write and build for you. Support for each program runs through that program, so questions about a booking, a tow, or an identity alert do not land on your staff.

  • We write the announcement; you press send
  • Members contact program support directly

After you sign up

The launch kit comes with it.

Every group gets the material to announce the program and keep it visible. You are not handed a login and left to work out how to tell five thousand people about it.

Announcement emails, written for you

A launch email and two follow-ups, in your organization's voice, ready to drop into whatever you already send from.

PDF brochures and one-pagers

A brochure per program, branded as yours, to attach, hand out at a branch counter, or forward to a board.

Web and social graphics

Banners sized for your own site, plus social images, so the program looks like part of your organization rather than a bolt-on.

A launch plan with timing

What to send, when, and to whom over the first six weeks — the period that decides whether members ever use the thing.

Reminders through the year

Fresh copy and graphics at the points members care — renewal season, open enrollment, holiday travel — so the program does not go quiet after week two.

Someone to ask

A real contact who will look at your draft announcement and tell you what will land, instead of a ticket queue.

What we will not do

  • Ask your members to pay us directly when you have sponsored a program
  • Put our name in front of your members instead of yours
  • Quote you an affinity insurance rate before a carrier has looked at your group
  • Promise a saving we cannot show you the basis for

Start at step two.

Tell us the size and shape of your group and we will handle the rest of the list.
