FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

If something here is not clear, ask us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

The programs

Are these programs insurance?

Five of the six are not. Travel, everyday discounts, wellness, roadside assistance, and identity monitoring are membership benefit programs. The affinity program is genuine insurance, underwritten by the issuing carrier and subject to underwriting and state availability.

What does white-labeled actually mean?

The travel portal carries your organization's name, logo, and colors, at your own address. Members experience it as your benefit rather than as a third-party site you happen to link to.

Can we take just one program?

Yes. Most groups start with one and add others at renewal. Adding a program later does not restart the agreements already in place.

Who supports our members?

Each program has its own member-facing support. Questions about a booking, a tow, or an identity alert go there, not to your staff.

Pricing and contracting

Why is only one program priced publicly?

The travel portal costs the same whatever your headcount, so a published price is honest. Everything else is priced per member, and a list price would be a guess you would have to unlearn later.

Do we sign one agreement with you, or several?

It depends on the program. Some we provide and bill directly. For others we bring in the provider best suited to your group and they negotiate and contract with you — we make the introduction, help shape the deal, and stay involved.

Do members pay, or do we?

In the standard arrangement your organization sponsors the rate for the whole roster and members pay nothing. What you charge members, if anything, is your decision.

What is the $495 setup fee?

A one-time charge covering the build and branding of your travel portal. It is billed in full with your first invoice, whether you choose monthly or annual billing.

What if we have more than 10,000 members?

The travel portal is quoted rather than bought online. At that scale the build and the support load differ enough that a fixed online price would be a guess.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from your group dashboard or by email, effective at the end of the current term. We do not require a phone call to cancel.

Affinity insurance

Why does it need 20,000 members?

A carrier has to file a program before an exclusive rate tier can exist. That filing only makes sense against a group large enough to produce credible volume.

Which carrier is it?

A top-rated national carrier. We name them once your group is engaged and the carrier has approved how their name is used — affinity marketing is carrier-controlled, and we do not put a carrier's name on a public page without permission.

Which states is it available in?

It varies. Group and affinity rating is filed state by state, and some states restrict it. We confirm the list for your group rather than publishing one that might not apply to you.

What do members actually get?

An exclusive rate tier they cannot access on their own, and a hotline dedicated to your program that they call directly.

Getting started

How long does it take?

Most travel portals are live in about ten business days once we have your logo, your name, and your headcount.

What do you need from us?

A logo, the name members should see, and an accurate member count. Then an announcement, which we supply copy and imagery for.

Do you sell our member data?

No. We share what a provider needs to quote or deliver a program you have chosen, and nothing else. See the privacy policy.
