For credit unions & banks
The relationship is the product. Give it something to do.
Your members already chose you. Benefit programs are what you give them between the loan and the renewal — things they use in an ordinary week, carrying your name rather than ours. You sponsor them at a group rate; we build and run them.
Rates are comparable everywhere
A member can compare your auto loan to four other institutions in about ninety seconds, and increasingly does. What they cannot compare is what else belonging to you gets them. Benefits move the conversation off the rate sheet.
You already have the scale
Most organizations never clear the 20,000-member threshold that affinity insurance needs. Credit unions routinely do, which makes you the audience that can access the one program nobody else can.
It is not a dues increase or a rate concession
You sponsor benefits at a group rate rather than giving up margin on a loan or a deposit. The member sees something added, and nothing on your balance sheet has to move to make it happen.
The program built for your size
Affinity auto insurance, filed for your members only
We work with a top-rated national carrier to file a program for your organization. Your members get a rate tier they cannot reach on their own and a hotline they call directly, identifying themselves as your member. Auto first, with other lines possible depending on the group.
- Exclusive to your organization — an individual cannot buy into it
- A dedicated member hotline, not a general queue
- Written across the states where your members actually live
This program is insurance. Coverage is underwritten by the issuing carrier, is subject to underwriting, and is not available in all states. Rates, eligibility, and availability are set by the carrier. Nothing here is an offer of coverage or a guarantee of a specific rate or saving. Qualification needs roughly 20,000 members.
The rest of the shelf
Four more that need no minimum
Each one stands alone. Most credit unions start with one, see whether members use it, and add from there.

Nobody uses a benefit they never heard of
We help you tell people it exists
The usual reason a benefit program fails is not the benefit. It is that the announcement went out once, from an address nobody reads. Sign-up includes the material to do it properly.
Announcement emails, written for you
A launch email and two follow-ups, in your organization's voice, ready to drop into whatever you already send from.
PDF brochures and one-pagers
A brochure per program, branded as yours, to attach, hand out at a branch counter, or forward to a board.
Web and social graphics
Banners sized for your own site, plus social images, so the program looks like part of your organization rather than a bolt-on.
A launch plan with timing
What to send, when, and to whom over the first six weeks — the period that decides whether members ever use the thing.
Reminders through the year
Fresh copy and graphics at the points members care — renewal season, open enrollment, holiday travel — so the program does not go quiet after week two.
Someone to ask
A real contact who will look at your draft announcement and tell you what will land, instead of a ticket queue.
What we need from you
- Your member count, and the states your members are concentrated in
- How you reach members today — email, newsletter, statement inserts, branch
- Which programs you want priced, and whether you sponsor them or pass cost along
- For affinity insurance: time to work through the carrier's review with us, because it is a filing rather than a signup
How it goes
A conversation, then a quote, then a launch
The five non-insurance programs are quoted on your member count and can be live quickly. Affinity insurance moves on the carrier's timeline, not ours, because it is a filing. We will tell you which programs are worth your time, including the ones that are not. The travel portal is priced openly on our pricing page and can be bought online.
We expect to go through your third-party due diligence process like any other vendor, and we are set up to do that rather than surprised by it.
Tell us how many members you have.
That one number decides most of the answer. Everything else is a conversation.
